At this time, I provide telehealth (virtual) services only to clients who live in Texas and Washington, DC.
Virtual sessions are more convenient and work best for those with mild to moderate symptoms. More intensive services may be required and if so I will refer clients to a more suitable therapist.
Walk and talk therapy sessions will begin for clients located in the DMV starting Spring 2025.

Therapy is a vulnerable and collaborative space for you to explore things that you are struggling with. I am not here to solve your problems; rather, I am here to help you learn what works for you and what serves you.
Therapy usually begins as weekly sessions, but the frequency will decrease as we see improvement and you are meeting your treatment plan goals.
I will do an assessment at intake and monitor your progress over an agreed timeframe. If you are not seeing improvement in your wellbeing or feeling connected to the process, please let me know so we can come up with a plan!

Session times can range from 38-52 minutes or 53-60 minutes, depending on how long we need to discuss information. These ranges typically have different billing codes so you may see a higher amount for the 53-60 range. If you are private pay, sessions usually last 60 minutes.
