This is me…
Taking the first step to seek help is often the most courageous. Embracing change can be less scary when you are doing it in a safe and confidential environment, where your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.
With over 10 years of professional experience working with birthing populations, I have had the privilege of helping women, children, and families from all walks of life navigate life's ups and downs. I believe that you can't pour from an empty cup, and my goal is to help you refill yours so you can show up for yourself and those you love. My approach to therapy is relatable, humorous, and humanistic. I live by the philosophy that all life’s challenges are things that we can use to flow into growth and healing.
My mission is to dismantle systems that cause oppression and harm to birthing people, as a specialist in perinatal mental health. I partner with organizations and communities to create effective and equitable solutions to improve the maternal mortality and morbidity rate in our country and globally. I am committed to creating safe spaces where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported, especially Black women and marginalized communities.
I love traveling and spending time with my family and friends—especially my son, who has brought new perspectives to my life and my work. I am a living testament to the transformative power of therapy and healing.
Let’s embrace change together!
